At Bad Birdie, we want you to look and feel your best on the course, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn gear. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or pattern.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
